1. Product Description
This furnace is a front-opening horizontal high-temperature vacuum furnace adopting high-purity molybdenum strips as heating elements, matched with multi-layer molybdenum heat shielding screens to form the heating chamber. The furnace body is a horizontal double-layer water-cooled stainless steel chamber. The unit integrates vacuum system, water cooling system and intelligent touch temperature control system. The base is equipped with braked universal casters for easy movement and positioning.
It can conduct high-temperature heat treatment of workpieces under high vacuum or inert protective atmosphere. The chamber realizes carbon-free and clean heating environment. It is widely applied in sintering, brazing, annealing, degassing and other thermal processes of precision metals and ceramic materials. The equipment supports automatic operation of process curves and is equipped with complete safety interlock protection.
2. Structural Features
Furnace Chamber: Horizontal cylindrical double-layer water-cooled stainless steel shell with hinged front quick-opening door for reliable sealing. Water cooling ensures low outer surface temperature; pressure gauge is installed to monitor internal pressure in real time.
Heating & Insulation Chamber: Adopts annular surrounding high-purity molybdenum strip heater with multi-layer molybdenum reflective heat shields. Molybdenum features low outgassing rate and excellent high-temperature resistance, eliminating carbon contamination and offering uniform temperature distribution within the constant temperature zone.
Intelligent Control System: Independent electrical cabinet equipped with 10-inch industrial touch screen. Multi-segment heating, holding and cooling programs can be edited, and operation data can be stored for process traceability.
Base Frame: Integrated load-bearing frame fitted with braked universal casters to facilitate equipment relocation, installation and positioning. Internal pipeline layout delivers neat overall appearance.
