Induction Thermogravimetric Analysis Furnace 1200-1600C

    This is a customized vertical tube furnace from 1200 °C to 1700 °C with TGA (thermal gravimetric analysis) function.  Compared with conventional TGA devices, the TGA furnace can load larger samples up to 100 g to get a more accurate result for industry and can be operated under both vacuum and controlled gas atmosphere, even under hydrogen gas to research phase transition during material processing. The TGA furnace also may connect a gas analysis device to study gas composition change during heating and weight change

Tube Size   and Materials

  • 1" OD - 2" OD selectable. Click the picture below to see        tube specifications

    • For < 1200°C Max.  please choose quartz tube

    • For < 1500°C, please choose Mullite tube

    • For < 1700°C, please choose Alumina tube

Force Sensor

  • High precision force sensor with 0.05% accuracy.

  • Sample amount: 1 g minimum; 100 g maximum. 

Force   Sensor output data will connect to PLC or PC to show weight change curve   with temperature

Crucibles

  • One 25Dx25H (mm) alumina crucible is included.  Please click        Pic. 1 to order more

  • You may click Pic. 2 to choose ZrO2, BN, or Y2O3 crucible based on        your application

  • The customized crucible is available upon request

Temperature   Controllers

  • Programmable temperature controller Europe there for precise control of heating rate, cooling rate and        dwell time.

  • Built-in PID Auto-Tune function with overheating & broken        thermocouple broken protection.

  • Over-temperature protection and alarm allow for operation without        attendant(s).

  • +/- 0.1 ºC temperature accuracy.

  • One K-type thermocouple.

  • RS485 Communications Port.
           
           

PC control   software and interface module are included          

Vacuum 

    • A KF25 vacuum port is built-in to connect a vacuum pump

    • Achievable vacuum level depends on the selected vacuum pump

Gas Delivery   optional

  • 1/4" gas inlet and out are built-in with an optional mass flow        controller. The recommended gas flow rate is <200 sccm.
           
           

You may connect   the TGA furnace with MTI multi-channel gas delivery system for mixing gas   operation, or oxygen or a gas analyzer to the gas outlet port
