    Faster battery electrode roll to roll transfer coating system is perfect for prototypes of new generation rechargeable batteries.It is integrated with the functions/ features of metallic foil roll unwinding (reeling out), slurry feeder, coating blade, baking oven, and final electrode winding (reeling in) together with touch screen operation for customer's utmost convenience.

Faster battery electrode roll to roll transfer coating system is specially used for the surface coating of foils. It adopts PLC and human-machine control system, and humanized Chinese and English switchable operation interface. The machine adopts three-roll transfer coating, which can coat the surface of the substrate with a very uniform thin coating and is automatically dried by the drying system; continuous and intermittent coating can be applied during coating.
