1. Product Overview
The mixed box and tube furnace is a multi-functional high-temperature heat treatment equipment that integrates the advantages of a box furnace and a tube furnace. It supports dual working modes with quick switching. When the furnace tube is removed, it works as a standard box furnace for atmospheric sintering, calcination, annealing and ashing. When equipped with a quartz/alumina tube and vacuum sealing flanges, it converts into a professional tube furnace for vacuum and controlled-atmosphere heat treatment.
Equipped with an intelligent PID temperature control system, precise gas flow system and standard vacuum interface, this all-in-one furnace saves laboratory space and procurement cost. It is widely used in universities, research institutes and new material enterprises for material research, sample preparation and small-batch production.

3.1 Dual-mode Integrated Design
One machine with two functions. Switch freely between box furnace mode for batch atmospheric treatment and tube furnace mode for vacuum/atmosphere precision treatment without changing the main body equipment.
3.2 High Uniformity Furnace Chamber
Adopts high-purity alumina fiber insulation with high-temperature coating. Features low heat loss, excellent thermal shock resistance and stable temperature field, ensuring repeatable and accurate experimental results.
3.3 Double-layer Cool Shell Structure
Air-cooled double-layer furnace body ensures low surface temperature even under long-time high-temperature operation, providing safe and energy-saving performance.
3.4 Intelligent Programmable Temperature Control
High-precision PID controller with multi-segment programmable heating, holding and cooling curves. Automatic operation ensures stable and precise temperature control.
3.5 Complete Gas & Vacuum System
Comes with stainless steel sealing flanges, precision gas valves and pressure gauges. Standard KF vacuum interface supports mechanical pump and molecular pump, enabling vacuum pumping and inert/reductive atmosphere processing (N₂, Ar, H₂).
3.6 Multiple Safety Protection
Equipped with door power-off protection, over-temperature cut-off, pressure relief protection and overload protection to ensure safe and stable operation.
3.7 Compact Structure & Easy Maintenance
Small footprint suitable for laboratory placement. Modular design makes heating elements, furnace tubes and insulation parts easy to replace, greatly reducing maintenance costs.
4. Main Functions
4.1 Box Furnace Mode
Suitable for atmospheric sintering, calcination, annealing, tempering and ashing. The large open chamber supports crucibles and batch sample processing.
4.2 Tube Furnace Mode
Supports vacuum sintering, inert atmosphere protection, reduction reaction and atmosphere quenching for high-purity and oxidation-free material treatment.
4.3 Programmable Thermal Process
Customizable multi-stage heating and cooling programs. Automatically runs complete heat treatment processes and stores multiple process recipes.
4.4 Controlled Atmosphere Treatment
Supports gas replacement, micro-flow ventilation and continuous gas supply for various process gases.
4.5 Vacuum Heat Treatment
Achieves low and high vacuum environment to prevent oxidation and contamination of samples.
4.6 Data Recording (Optional)
Supports PC connection for real-time temperature curve recording, data export and experimental data traceability.
