The 2 target magnetron sputtering coater is equipped with 2 four inches 100mm OD target guns: Two target gun is equipped with 1 RF power supply for sputtering coating of non-conductive targets; with 1DC power independent control coating all metal target, it also can be used to coat multi layer conductive metal films.
